Summary Judgment Ruling The court grants HPP’s motions on various claims, including 1) disparagement, 2) use or disclosure of confidential information, 3) tortious interference with existing business relationships, 4) declaratory relief, and 5) injunctive relief. Coral’s remaining claims of 1) solicitation – which are contradicted by sworn declarations and witness testimony, and 2) interference with prospective business relationships – for which HPP has evidence to the contrary, remain unresolved.
